Push Up at least 50. 3. Your Kicks are OK but concentrate more in advance kicks. 4. You must know what is basic conditioning, one step conditioning, two step conditioning and free conditioning. 5. 10 kickboxing combinations (2 men set) 6. Ready for breaking anything (hand, elbow or fist) 7. Must know the basic wushu stance ie. Maphu, Gongphu, Xuephu, Xiphu, Phuphu. 8. Prepare your Nanquan complete set. 9.
